What’s your return policy?
Return any of the physical book products (sorry, no eBook returns)–no questions asked–within 5 days of purchase if the item is damaged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Sorry, but at this time, physical books are only shipped in the United States and Canada.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! If you have a problem with your order, simply fill out the contact page form and we’ll get to you as soon as possible. We generally respond to emails within 24-48 hours during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST.
